Avantera Elevate vs Magic Mind (2026): Dose-by-Dose Comparison
Last updated: October 2026 · By Tyler, cofounder of Avantera Health
The short answer: Avantera Elevate is a two-capsule daily nootropic. Magic Mind Original is a 2 fl oz drinkable shot, one bottle a day. They share more ingredients than most pairs: bacopa, rhodiola, lion's mane, L-theanine, citicoline and turmeric, plus caffeine. The biggest differences are caffeine, disclosure and price. Elevate has 95 mg of natural caffeine and Magic Mind Original has 55 mg. Elevate lists every dose. Magic Mind lists amounts for its five vitamins and puts its other ingredients in one 1,925 mg blend, so the label doesn't say how much of each one is inside. On subscription, Elevate costs $1.78 a serving and Magic Mind Original about $3.25 a shot after the first order. Magic Mind's money-back guarantee is longer: 100 days vs. Elevate's 30 (prices and terms checked October 23, 2026).
Where this comparison comes from
We make Elevate, so this is one brand comparing itself to another. To keep it checkable, every figure below is a label fact or a listed price, and every Magic Mind figure links to the Magic Mind page it came from.
Magic Mind figures come from the Supplement Facts panel, ingredient list and buy box for Magic Mind Original on magicmind.com, checked October 23, 2026. What is Magic Mind?
Magic Mind is a line of 2 fl oz drinkable shots, one bottle per serving. The Original has 55 mg of natural caffeine, and Magic Mind describes it as a fit for people who drink one to two cups of coffee a day. Magic Mind also sells FREE (0 mg caffeine) and MAXX (165 mg caffeine) versions. This page covers the Original.
What is Avantera Elevate?
Elevate is our two-capsule daily nootropic, with 28 servings to a bottle. It combines bacopa, rhodiola, citicoline and lion's mane with 95 mg of caffeine from green tea and 200 mg of L-theanine, plus turmeric, ginger and black pepper extract. You take it within the first hour of waking, on an empty stomach or with a light meal.
Elevate supports acetylcholine, your brain's memory messenger, two ways: CDP-choline and bacopa.* 200 mg of CDP-choline (citicoline) is a source of choline the body uses to make acetylcholine, and 300 mg of bacopa monnieri (standardized to 50% bacosides) is an herb studied for how it supports acetylcholine activity.*

What a proprietary blend means for you
A proprietary blend lists its total weight and the ingredients inside it, but not how much of each one. Magic Mind's 1,925 mg blend holds matcha, ashwagandha, bacopa, Cognizin® citicoline, rhodiola, turmeric, lion's mane, cordyceps, L-theanine and natural caffeine. The label doesn't say how much of that is bacopa or citicoline, so those can't be lined up against Elevate's 300 mg and 200 mg. Magic Mind does list its caffeine (55 mg) on the product page and its five vitamins on the label.
Avantera Elevate lists all nine ingredients and every dose on the label, with no proprietary blends, and every batch is third-party tested. We post the certificates of analysis on our quality page.
A bigger number doesn't make a product more effective, and no study has tested these two formulas against each other. Use the table to see what's in each serving. It can't tell you which one will suit you.
Elevate's label also lists turmeric, ginger and black pepper extract. We include turmeric and ginger for digestive support and black pepper extract to help absorption. They aren't focus ingredients, and they aren't a reason to choose Elevate for focus.
Caffeine: 95 mg or 55 mg
Elevate includes 95 mg of natural caffeine paired with 200 mg of L-theanine, so it is built for felt daytime energy as well as focus. Our product page puts that caffeine at roughly one standard cup of coffee and suggests caffeine-sensitive people start with one capsule.
Magic Mind Original has 55 mg, a bit over half of Elevate's. If you want a lighter amount, or none at all, Magic Mind's Original and FREE versions cover that. If you'd rather your morning nootropic stand in for a cup of coffee, Elevate's 95 mg does.
Capsules or a shot
Elevate is two capsules with water. Magic Mind is a 2 fl oz bottle you drink, with a sweet taste from agave. Some people would rather drink their nootropic than swallow capsules, and some would rather skip the calories and sugar. Both are once-a-day morning routines, so pick the format you'll stick with.
