Avantera Elevate vs Nutrops (2026): Dose-by-Dose Comparison

Last updated: October 2026 · By Tyler, cofounder of Avantera Health

The short answer: Avantera Elevate and Nutrops take different routes to the same morning habit. Nutrops (styled Nütrops) is a daily pack of mushroom gummies: six organic 10:1 fruiting-body mushroom extracts at 167 mg each, 1 g in total, plus fiber, with no caffeine. Elevate is a two-capsule nootropic with nine ingredients, including 300 mg of bacopa, 300 mg of rhodiola, 200 mg of citicoline, 200 mg of L-theanine and 95 mg of natural caffeine. Both list every dose on the label, and lion's mane is the only ingredient they share. On subscription they cost about the same: $1.78 a serving for Elevate and $1.79 for Nutrops (prices checked October 13, 2026).

Where this comparison comes from

We make Elevate, so this is one brand comparing itself to another. To keep it checkable, every figure below is a label fact or a listed price, and every Nutrops figure links to the Nutrops page it came from.

Nutrops figures come from the Supplement Facts panel, ingredient list and buy box on nutrops.co for its Low Sugar gummies, checked October 13, 2026. Elevate figures come from our Supplement Facts label and product page on the same date. Labels and prices change, and we update this page when either one does. Nütrops is a trademark of its owner, and Avantera Health is not affiliated with Nutrops.

How to read the differences

These two labels barely overlap. Nutrops is built around six mushrooms in equal amounts. Elevate is built around bacopa, rhodiola, citicoline, and caffeine paired with L-theanine, with lion's mane as one of nine ingredients. A bigger number doesn't make a product more effective, and no study has tested these two products against each other. Use the table to see what's in each one. It can't tell you which one will suit you.

Lion's mane is the one shared row, and Nutrops has more of it. Both labels list a 10:1 extract, so the weights compare directly. Elevate's 50 mg of 10:1 extract is made from 500 mg of lion's mane. Nutrops lists 167 mg of 10:1 extract, which by the same math stands for about 1,670 mg of mushroom. Elevate's extract is standardized to 30% polysaccharides. The Nutrops label doesn't list a standardization.

Nutrops does list every mushroom's dose. Its label groups the six mushrooms under a 1 g "Organic Mushroom Blend" and then lists each one at 167 mg, so nothing in the blend is hidden.

Elevate's label also lists turmeric, ginger and black pepper extract. We include turmeric and ginger for digestive support and black pepper extract to help absorption. They aren't focus ingredients, and they aren't a reason to choose Elevate for focus.

Caffeine, sugar and format

Nutrops is caffeine-free. Elevate includes 95 mg of natural caffeine paired with 200 mg of L-theanine, so it is built for felt daytime energy as well as focus. Our product page puts that caffeine at roughly one standard cup of coffee, and suggests caffeine-sensitive people start with one capsule.

The formats differ too. A Nutrops serving is a 20 g pack of lemon gummies with 50 calories and, in the Low Sugar version, 9 g of added sugar. Nutrops also sells a Sugar-Free version made with allulose. Elevate is two capsules with no sugar.

Where Nutrops is the better fit

  • You want a caffeine-free supplement. Every Elevate serving has 95 mg of caffeine.
  • Mushrooms are what you're after. Nutrops has five mushrooms Elevate doesn't (cordyceps, reishi, maitake, chaga and coriolus) and more lion's mane per serving.
  • You'd rather chew a gummy than swallow capsules, and you'd like 6 g of fiber with it.

Where Elevate may fit better

Avantera Elevate lists all nine ingredients and every dose on the label, with no proprietary blends, and every batch is third-party tested. We post the certificates of analysis on our quality page.

  • You want bacopa, rhodiola, citicoline and L-theanine, none of which are in Nutrops.
  • You want caffeine paired with L-theanine in your morning supplement.
  • You'd rather take two capsules with no sugar than a pack of gummies.

Price per serving (checked October 13, 2026)

  • Avantera Elevate: On subscription, Elevate costs $49.95 for a 28-day supply, about $1.78 a day, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order and the option to pause or cancel anytime. A bottle holds 56 capsules (28 servings). Elevate is sold by subscription only.
  • Nutrops (Low Sugar): On subscription, $49.99 for 28 packs every 4 weeks, about $1.79 per pack (Nutrops rounds it to $1.78 a day), with pause or cancel anytime. A one-time purchase of 28 packs is $66.65, about $2.38 per pack. Its 30-day guarantee covers the first order only.

Per-serving figures use each brand's recurring price, not first-order discounts, which change often. On subscription, the two cost within a cent or two of each other per serving.
