I'm not really sure yet, but I am going to give it another month and see. I didn't notice anything immediately but I'm hoping it will be an accumulative response. I do get mild heartburn sometimes so it is important to follow the instructions and drink with a full cup of water. I'm impressed by the eco-friendly refillable bottle. 2nd month using Elevate as directed. So far I have noticed a positive impact on my focus and ability to complete work tasks and maintain my work flow despite any interruptions. Before if I was called off task for incoming phone calls- usually I'd be lost for a while to try and determine what i was doing before the interruption.
I also feel a lot more energy in the mid morning when id usually have a slump. I'm actually impressed with the results at this point.
