Every package I get the bottles are broken and damaged and I have to open a case each month to file a complaint. The box it is shipped in is never damaged but the Unwind bottle is always blownout and busted inside the bubble wrap like it gets shattered before its packed in the bubble wrap. I give up and just want my subscription canceled.

First week it caused me to wake up way too early. I do feel more rested, but have to fall back asleep for a bit longer. Still hoping it settles into a rhythm. I seem to have some random dreams while on it. Willing to try it longer to see if I feel my review rating would change. But, waking up between 11pm to 4am is not fun. Going to bed around 8pm to 9pm.

I have trouble both falling asleep and staying asleep. If I take Unwind, I fall asleep within 30-45 minutes of taking it. I sometimes wake up once or twice during the night to use the restroom, but i fall right back to sleep within a matter of minutes. I can easily get 6-8 hours of sleep using Unwind, probably more if I don't have an alarm clock set. Without Unwind, I would be lucky to get a total of 2 hours of interrupted, choppy sleep throughout the night. Unwind has been a lifesaver for me. When I take Unwind, I not only sleep better, but I wake up refreshed and ready to start my day with energy. I used to wake up feeling lethargic instead, I'm guessing this was due to a lack of sleep before I started taking Unwind. Now that I take Unwind, I get a full night's sleep. I wake up energized and ready to take on whatever the day may throw at me. I am 47 year old with terrible restless legs and I slept like a baby!! I never sleep throughout the night. I fell asleep quick, slept amazing and woke up before the clock rested. I am impressed. After about 2 weeks, I did notice slight less effect, but I’m sure it was some energy drink or something that day. I’m going to start taking the 2 pill recommended dose and feel confident I’ll be back to restful nights. I will buy again. The product itself worked really well the first couple of shipments. Now it doesn’t work at all and the capsules look different. Their customer service and packaging Is horrible. Their jars have a VERY slick bottom that has slid off my counter and I’ve had 3 jars break due to the frictionlessness of said jars. I told customer service and they didn’t even say sorry let alone offer any kind of discount or replacement. Their shipping also used to be super fast and now it takes weeks. This definitely feels like the showing off/courtship period is over and now they just bank on my monthly subscription rolling in.

This product did not help me “unwind”, relax or sleep. I actually bought it for my husband because he has trouble sleeping. He didn’t like it so I tried it. I was like, no worries, I will ask for a refund. Well, that’s the catch. You have to pack it up, pay for shipping and then they will send you a partial refund. This is so disappointing. I canceled my subscription and guess what, it still renewed and shipped and I was charged 60 bucks instead of the discounted price I originally paid. Poor business. Very scammy. Would not recommend.
