Seriously, I have tried the Rx stuff, tried to create my own concoctions, tried oils on my feet, in the air, you name it, but this stuff works and works on so many different levels. Focus, energy, mood, satisfaction...all improved and improved in ways I didn't even realize were messed up. I didn't have any weird feelings, bad after tastes, highs/lows, everything just seemed to settle and feel normal again. I did have some very interesting dreams the first couple of nights on the night blend, but I literally have the better sleep than using melatonin.
