It is not advertised that this product has caffeine. I had an adverse reaction. I would not recommend this product if you are sensitive to caffeine or green tea extract. I sure wish they had told me before spending the money!

I have been reading the reviews and seeing the repeated advertisements for “elevate” for a couple of months now. After looking into the ingredients of this supplement I DID decide to give it a try. HONESTLY I did NOT think I would experience any results. I WAS WRONG! After simply the first 2 day I can already tell a difference. I take 2 as soon as I wake in the morning and within an hour or two I can feel these little babies at work. I feel more energetic, clear and focused. For an older retired woman with still ALOT of things to do during my day THIS IS WONDERFUL! I get way more things checked off my “to do list” and no longer dread tacking my list. I have more energy to play with my grandson AND I find myself sleeping better through the night.
