I love avantera elevate. I feel more energized when I take it. I don’t like that it comes in a glass jar. I had a jar delivered broken which they replaced but I cut myself trying to get rid of the tiny pieces of glass that fell out on my stove and floor. I hated throwing it away but considering I thought the glass was gone when I cut myself, I couldn’t risk it. I definitely recommend the product. it’s part of my daily regimen.

I was skeptical as to whether this would help my attention or not (including my energy). I work from home and it was becoming increasingly hard to stay focused on my assignments. The first day I took Elevate I didn't feel physically different but I noticed I was more motivated and felt like I got so much more done. I bench tested making sure it "wasn't in my head" that it was working so I took it for a few days then didn't for two days. The two days I didn't I felt HORRIBLE. Lethargic, unmotivated, cruddy....it definitely was motivation to get back on taking two pills of it per day to feel good again.

I don't take a lot of supplements on a regular basis except for a multivitamin, mainly because it is hard to evaluate if something new works or not. After a week, I would say that I actually have noticed an increase in focus and ability to stay on task while working.
