I first tried one capsule, just in case it made me jittery. One was perfecto when I wake up in the morning and one at lunch to get me thru the rest of the work day. For the first day or two. Then I needed to take two once. However I find it doesn’t last as long as I would have liked. I find myself crashing and getting sleepy around 3 or 4 pm. So I’ve resorted to taking one at lunch to keep me going. But I’m not sure that one single at lunch has much of an effect. Unsure if this is related, but I’ve been getting really itchy since I’ve introduced Elevate into my regiment. It’s the only thing I’ve done differently since experiencing the itch. Any relation?

I love this product. It has definitely help with my morning fog that I can't get rid of with anything I try. Im very sensitive to caffeine so I can't drink any coffee. Wich doesn't even help with the fog or to wake me up. But these were almost instant since the first time I had them.
