It’s funny I’m 65 years old and I’m so used to the way I do things that I didn’t realize how deficient I was and how clear things could be. I love this supplement. And I don’t know where I placed my bottle so now I’m in panic mode. Normally it’s next to my bed cause it’s the first thing I take in the morning after I drink water.
