I’m trying to cancel my subscription. The website states that there is a subscription button in the top right corner of the my account page. There is no such button trying to contact customer service via email. And the email keeps cycling back to verify my email address, which I’ve done multiple times. Seems like they are hiding the ability to cancel your subscription.

I really love taking these. Well worth the money. I am almost done with my second bottle and will be purchasing more. My mood has dramatically improved. It was almost instant. My husband could tell the difference right away. My memory is still a little here nor there but I would say that it’s better than it was. Ever since Covid, I’ve had brain fog. I’ve tried lots of supplements and recommendations but nothing works as well as elevate. At one point, I stopped taking it not realizing how effective it was and the brain fog came back within days. I’ve looked for more affordable options, but this is the best I can find that works well. I’m frugal and picky- this stuff works.
I don’t like that you cannot setup an online account for easy access- it looks like it’s an option but I’ve yet to get it to register me. I access my subscription through the email link confirmation of purchase. It is reoccurring charges and the best discounts are the sign up promotion.
